Subscriptions cannot be canceled in the middle of the subscription cycle. Once you have made the one-time payment, you will receive the personalized book boxes for the entire subscription period you have chosen (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months).
Cancellation requests can be made before the start of the next subscription period. For example, if you have a 3-month subscription, you can request cancellation before the start of the next 3-month period.

Our refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our personalized services.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your box. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund for the affected item(s).
Lost or Missing Boxes:
If your box is lost in transit or does not arrive within 10 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement box or issue a refund.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
We strive to curate the best personalized book boxes. If you are unsatisfied with your box, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss possible resolutions, which may include a replacement or partial refund.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Personalized items cannot be refunded unless they are damaged, defective, or lost in transit.
Subscriptions cannot be canceled or refunded mid-cycle once the one-time payment has been made.
